沙特阿拉伯國(guó)有石油巨頭沙特阿美5月15日公布，在油價(jià)強(qiáng)勁的推動(dòng)下，沙特阿美第一季度凈利潤(rùn)增加近82%，與分析師的預(yù)測(cè)大體一致。

與美國(guó)蘋(píng)果公司并列全球最有價(jià)值企業(yè)的沙特阿美公布，截至3月31日第一季度的凈利潤(rùn)為395億美元，去年同期為217億美元。

根據(jù)沙特阿美提供的來(lái)自12位分析師的預(yù)估中值，這家全球最大石油出口公司預(yù)計(jì)將公布385億美元的凈利潤(rùn)。  

沙特阿美在2019年上市，主要向沙特公共機(jī)構(gòu)和地區(qū)機(jī)構(gòu)出售了1.7%的股權(quán)。沙特阿美表示，受原油價(jià)格、銷(xiāo)量和下游利潤(rùn)率改善的推動(dòng)，其第一季度利潤(rùn)達(dá)到上市以來(lái)的最高水平。

在大宗商品價(jià)格不斷上漲的推動(dòng)下，英國(guó)石油公司和殼牌公司等全球能源巨頭的盈利已升至至少10年來(lái)的最高水平。

第一季度結(jié)束時(shí)，布倫特原油期貨價(jià)格比去年3月底上漲近70%，至每桶107.91美元。

歐佩克+聯(lián)盟5月同意再次小幅上調(diào)月度石油產(chǎn)量目標(biāo)，稱(chēng)不能將供應(yīng)中斷推高油價(jià)歸咎于歐佩克。

EFG Hermes股票研究副主管Yousef Husseini表示：“我們認(rèn)為，今年下半年布倫特原油價(jià)格將走低，因此我們預(yù)計(jì)(沙特阿美)屆時(shí)獲利將回落，第二季度將見(jiàn)頂。”

沙特阿美宣布第二季度支付188億美元的股息，符合市場(chǎng)預(yù)期，并批準(zhǔn)每10股公司股票分配1股紅利。沙特阿美表示，第一季度其下游利潤(rùn)率有所改善，正在尋求開(kāi)發(fā)下游領(lǐng)域的機(jī)會(huì)。

沙特阿美首席執(zhí)行官Amin Nasser在一份聲明中表示：“在第一季度，我們?cè)趤喼藓蜌W洲的戰(zhàn)略下游擴(kuò)張取得了進(jìn)一步進(jìn)展，我們繼續(xù)開(kāi)發(fā)與我們的增長(zhǎng)目標(biāo)互補(bǔ)的機(jī)會(huì)。”  

自今年年初以來(lái)，沙特阿美股價(jià)已上漲37%，表現(xiàn)優(yōu)于上漲近14%的沙特指數(shù)。

Saudi Aramco net profit soars 82% in Q1 ’22 on high oil prices

State-owned oil producer Saudi Aramco on Sunday reported an almost 82 per cent rise in first-quarter net profit, broadly in line with analyst forecasts, helped by strong oil prices.

Aramco, which is at par with Apple Inc as the world's most valuable company, reported a net income of $39.5 billion for the quarter to March 31 from $21.7 billion a year earlier.

The world's top oil exporter was forecast to post a net income of $38.5 billion, according to a median estimate from 12 analysts provided by the company.

Aramco, which listed in 2019 with the sale of a 1.7 per cent stake mainly to the Saudi public and regional institutions, said its earnings were the highest in any quarter since it went public, boosted by crude prices, volumes sold and improved downstream margins.

Earnings by global energy companies such as BP and Shell have risen to their highest in at least a decade on the back of rising commodities prices, even as many of them incur mostly write-downs from exiting.

Brent crude prices ended the first quarter up almost 70 per cent to $107.91 a barrel from end of March 2021.

OPEC+ agreed this month to another modest increase in its monthly oil output target, arguing it could not be blamed for disruptions supply that have driven up prices. 

"Our view is Brent will end up lower in the second half of the year and so we are expecting (Aramco) earnings to pull back and for the second quarter to be a peak," said Yousef Husseini, associate director for equity research at EFG Hermes.

The company declared a dividend of $18.8 billion to be paid in the second quarter, in line with market expectations, and approved the distribution of one bonus share for every 10 shares held in the company.

Aramco said it saw improved downstream margins in the first quarter and is looking to develop opportunities in the downstream sector.

"During the first quarter, our strategic downstream expansion progressed further in both Asia and Europe, and we continue to develop opportunities that complement our growth objectives," Aramco CEO Amin Nasser said in a statement.

Shares of the company have risen 37 per cent since the start of the year, outperforming the Saudi index which is up nearly 14 per cent.
