據(jù)烴加工網(wǎng)站7月1日消息 利安德巴賽爾是世界上最大的塑料、化工和煉油公司之一，收購了馬來西亞巴生港PolyPacific Polymers Sdn.Bhd.（PPM）100%的股份。

　　PPM是一家生產(chǎn)增強(qiáng)和改性聚烯烴化合物的25 kt工廠。

　　收購?fù)瓿珊螅S將進(jìn)行更名，其員工將成為利安德巴塞爾員工。PPM將繼續(xù)生產(chǎn)并向其客戶提供正在進(jìn)行的業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品。

　　Lyondellbasell acquires PolyPacific Polymers in Malaysia

　　Lyondellbasell, one of the largest plastics, chemicals and refining companies in the world, has acquired 100 percent of PolyPacific Polymers Sdn. Bhd. (PPM) in Port Klang, Malaysia.

　　PPM is a 25kt manufacturing facility producing reinforced and modified polyolefin compounds.

　　Upon completion of the acquisition, the facility will undergo a rebranding and name change, and its employees will become Lyondellbasell employees. PPM will continue to produce and supply the ongoing business products to its customers.
